Giant fish in Paixian leisure farm

    Have you ever heard about sturgeon fish? maybe yes or maybe no right, but if you come to Paixian leisure farm you are not just can see this kind of fish, you even can taste the delight of this fish. 

Fresh sturgeon  

      Sturgeon is the common name used for some 26 species of fish in the family Acipenseridae, One of the oldest families of bony fish in existence, sturgeon are native to subtropical, temperate and sub-Arctic rivers, lakes and coastlines of Eurasia and North America. They are distinctive for their elongated bodies, lack of scales, and occasional great size. Sturgeons can grow up to 18 feet (5.5 m). Most of sturgeon fish are fresh water but while some are entirely fresh water, there are still very few ventures into the open ocean beyond near coastal areas.

     Sturgeon meat - long-term consumption for Persistent back pain, stomach problems and hair loss, etc all have a significant effect, pharmacological be studied. Their meat is tender and delicious, many of its organs have some medical use or beauty care functions.

      In our farm, we have some kind of fish including Polyodon spathula, Chinese sturgeon, Murray cod, grass carp, and Trout.  But Chinese sturgeon is our farm specialty because we are the only one farm who has Chinese sturgeon with weight more than 70 kg.
