Recreational Agriculture Districts

Since 2000, the Taiwan Council of Agriculture (COA) has been integrating individual recreational farms within areas between 10 and 600 hectares to set up Recreational Agriculture Districts (RADs) for agritourism. With plentiful agricultural products, rural cultures, and natural resources, RADs have shown great attraction to tourists. From 2000 to 2012, 74 RADs have been established in 15 Taiwanese counties. Here are some videos displaying the beauty of the districts.
